Real Estate Photography Fees
Fees are based upon the type of photography services purchased and the size of the home. The standard photo shoot involves many choices and the pricing matrix shown below is based upon a 2,000 square foot home.
- HDR Premium Photography Basic Package $250
• Up to 25 High Detail Resolution interior and exterior images.
• Images taken with high quality exposure process called “bracketed imaging”.
• Photoshop is used for natural retouching.
• All photos shot with high-end Nikon D750 DSLR with Wide Angle Lens on a tripod.
• One to two business day electronic delivery of images. - Interactive Photography Basic Package $200
• 3D Interactive Tour of the home.
• 1 minute Video Tour hosted by “You Tube”.
• Floor Plans.
• One to two business day electronic delivery of images and links. - Combined Package $400
